Constantin Moscovici was born on October 2, 1962. In 1983, he graduated from the Chisinau Institute of Culture. For several years he was a soloist of the Chisinau Philharmonic Society and an instrumental pop music band.

Constantin Moscovici is a prizewinner of the international music festivals in Ashgabat (Turkmenia), Riga (Latvia), and “Memory” festival in Brest (Belarus).

He is a recipient of many prestigious awards and titles, amongst which are the title of “Maestro of Arts of the Republic of Moldova” (2002), “Meritul civic” Medal (2004), the National Order “The Labour Glory” (2012).

Between 1990 and 1995, he worked in Romania. From 1995 to 1997, he was a solo pan-flute player of the “Fag” group. In 1997, he started working for the Chisinau National Philharmonic Society.

Since 2005 he has been organizing the International Festival of Pop Music “Songs of the World” (Moldova).

In 2007, he was the organizer of the International “Martisor” festival, held in various countries under the patronage of the Government of the Republic of Moldova.

His album “Nostaligie” includes cover versions of compositions by E.Doga, Yu.Sadovnikov, L. Stirbu, A. Chiriak, I.Alda-Teodorovic, P.Teodorovic (arrangement by I.Gorincoi).

He is currently working on the project of creating the anthology of Latin American music with M.Rosado.

Constantin Moscovici has been on tour in Europe, Asia, America and Africa.

Over many years he has taken part in the festival concerts and programmes of the International Festival of Arts “Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk”. More than once he has been invited to take part in the gala concerts of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Festival, charity programmes and the project “Festival Without Borders”. In 2004, 2006, 2009 he was a member of the International Jury of the International Pop Song Performers Contest “Vitebsk”
